- Dwight Cribb obtained a BA (Hons) in Marketing with Psychology in Scotland and was later awarded an MBA in international business. After initially working in sales for Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing, he subsequently opened a Hamburg office for PictureTel Inc., then market leader for high-end video conferencing systems. In 1998, he set up Dwight Cribb Personalberatung GmbH as a company specializing in recruitment consultancy for online, media, telco & technology. In addition to German, he speaks English and Dutch fluently.
- Maren Freyberg
Consultant
- Maren Freyberg graduated in Business Studies with Human Resources Management and Management Information Systems as her main subjects. She started her career with Siemens Mobile Networks, before moving to tour operator Thomas Cook, where she held various management positions abroad. In 1998, she returned to Germany, where she joined A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Since 2000, she has been with Dwight Cribb Personalberatung GmbH, since 2001 as a managing director and equity partner. Apart from German, she speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
- Carlos Fernandes
Consultant - Carlos Fernandes studied Economics with the emphases on Marketing and Human Resources Management. Even while still studying, he worked on executive search projects for Baumgartner & Partner and TMP Worldwide. On graduating, he joined Martens & Partner as a Consultant, later moving to MRI Worldwide as a Manager. Since 2006, he has been with Dwight Cribb Personalberatung GmbH as a Consultant. Apart from German, he speaks fluent English and Portuguese.
