Why do you not work on a contingency basis?

Having been briefed by the client, we set a project team to work on the search and regularly brief the client on the progress made.

Our services provided during the search must be remunerated, even if a position is suddenly no longer needed, is filled internally, or the company for other reasons does not wish to fill it. Since our services are always transparent, the client runs no risk of paying for something that he does not receive.
